He's the best dog you could ever own. He already mastered the Sit and Paw commands and he listens to No and Come. He's only 13 weeks old an is already 30 pounds. He's a big boy but a big baby!!

I love him and wouldn't trade him for anything!!!

"Tuff day at home waiting for my Mom and Dad" 
This is "Rox" and he is one of the most wonderful rescues I have ever had. He is 6 years old and a big love bug. He was adopted by a wonderful young couple that spoils him rotten. After being banded to the outside by the original owners new wife because he "slobbered and shed" he is truly enjoying his new life as a certified therapy dog and a,

This is Sadie. 
She is a foster dog living with us until adopt-a-rott.com can find her a forever home. You can see her whole story there. In fact, the pic is of her sleeping on me. She has gained about 30 lbs in the past 8 weeks and is a real SHE dog. A cuddly and goofy 2 year old who now knows about 15 commands ... heel is not one of them LOL!!! 

As you can see... she loves her chewies!

We adopted "Chloe" from a local shelter about 4 weeks ago. She had been picked up as a stray in November so she probably didn't have much time left. My husband was not too keen on going to the shelter for a dog, but I talked him into going just to look. From the first few minutes we spent with her in the Get Acquainted room, we knew we had to have her. We honestly could not have made a better choice. 

She has been housebroken from day one and even responds to some commands. Someone obviously spent a lot of time training her...it makes me wonder how someone could put in that time and not take the time to find her later. When we got her, she was only 44 pounds. She is slowly putting on more weight and filling out. I don't know what we would do without her now. Its amazing how quickly a dog can become an important part of your family! 

She does not look very happy in these photos, but we hope to get more recent ones soon! Chloe is still not too fond of other dogs, but she loves people and would sooner lick you to death than be aggressive to someone she doesn't know!

Here's a pic our Rotten Rotty. Her name is Sandy. 
She is a lot of fun, and getting smarter everyday and most of all getting into trouble! LOL!! Here she is chewing on her favorite bush in the backyard. She loves to play and have fun. And if you don't pay attention to her she'll come and get your attention. Sandy is too Cool!

Max is a year old now, and weighs 110 + pounds. He is definitely a spoiled rotten rotty! He likes to go "bye bye" and the jingle of car keys will bring him running! This is his first winter season, and we recently had an ice storm and he found running out to potty, on ice, is a "slick" experience! Max is a "cuddler" and a 110 pound "lap dog!"

"Bear" is my 4 year old baby that I rescued from the shelter. He hates the vacuum cleaner and hides from it. He is great at teaching the other rescue dogs the best places to hide when he hears the nose of the vacuum start.
