This is an UPDATE
Well, this is the 2nd update pix for the girls. They're a year old
now and
were playing sidewalk supervisor as I painted the dogs door. Didn't
last
though. Had to get a closer look and both got white paint on their
ears!
Bless them! Entered adolescence with a vengeance!
It was year ago last weekend that we lost our beloved Renegade.
Still miss
him (and always will) but am blessed that so far these 2 are happy
and
healthy. Hope all is well at your end. Hi to everyone!

Wow Nina has been with me almost 2 yrs now and I couldn't ask for a
better friend. She is about 80lbs... but you would think she was

Zeus just turned six years old in September.
My family and I rescued him from the MSPCA when he was 8 months old.
He is 110lbs, but still thinks he is a lap dog, OUCH! He has always
been a a Red Sox fan and infact still wears the same hat he did when
he was a puppy (reference picture).

nick name because I have no idea. She is a big baby and is the Alpha
dog of the house. She is seven years old. Abby goes no where without
her trusty tennis ball. She loves playing ball and swimming. She is
a very loved family member.

Hi!
This is our little puppy, "Meg" at 8 months old. After my husband
lost his true German-Girl-Rott companion "Sugar" to bone cancer,
after 10 wonderful years, I was able to locate a beautiful, true
German bloodline GOOF-BALL. We brought her home at 7 weeks, and
added her to our random collection of 5 other dogs. "Meg" is our
Rotty-Ambassador, and after meeting her, people want her to have
puppies. (Yes, even the UPS man) She is an alert, smart, loyal
ranch-dog, and has exceeded all our expectations. She has impeccable
AKC breeding, is a complete goon, and wiggles her entire body, not
just her stub-tail. She is gorgeous, and we will ALWAYS have a ROTT
in the family.
Now, we just need to find her a decent German boyfriend. We'd like
her to have a litter or two, commit to finding outstanding homes,
then have her spayed for future health. I am always proud to have
her by my side, and hear people say, "I never knew Rottweilers were
so nice!" "And she's so silly!" Icing on the cake for those who
don't know what true family clowns this breed really is. Guess the
Germans did have a sense of humor. Let's keep it up. Please email me
if you have a breeding prospect, and I will provide information on
her pedigree. She has Gehrig's Taz and Field Marshal Rommel V in her
ancestry. All German bloodline.
Thanks!

We
love your website and wanted to share our treasure Sarah. This
picture was taken at her favorite dog park at the age of 5 months.
She is now 11 months old and is 70 lbs of love. She is the first
rotty we've had, and we are absolutely devoted to her.
Sarah is known to everyone in our neighborhood as the friendliest
dog, always giving kisses and leaning against your leg for a good
rub. You can share our website
www.laurenchip.com which has many more pics of her. Thanks again
for your great forum!

Meet
Belladonna, my pride and joy.
Bella started out her life in Inuvik, Canada, and we are lead to
believe that she was let go as a pup and ran feral. She was rescued
by a no-kill shelter and was eventually shipped to Calgary after
several months. When I spotted her at my local Human Society, it was
instantaneous... she was the one.
I brought her home with a bad case of kennel cough. I felt horrible
trying to feed her these huge pills when she didn't even want to
eat. After shaking away my frantic new mom type feelings I
recognized that I was not over-reacting and something was really
really wrong with her. The emergency clinic I attended that night
saved her life.
Bella was diagnosed with pneumonia and her chances were minimal. I
was devastated... but I did not give up. I used every opportunity to
visit with her and called to check her progress every few hours.
Belladonna has had a clean bill of health since July 2, and we're
making fabulous progress. Sit, stay, down, ball, doo-doo, speak,
spin, shake, gimme-five, gimme-ten, dance, back-up, take-it.... and
for all that and more Miss Belladonna you are the best baby girl I
could have ever hoped for.
Thanks Rotten Rotty for hosting a terrific site dedicated to a
terrific animal.

Here's
a picture of our new spoiled Rottenrotty. Her name is Molly and she
was about 10 weeks old in this picture. She is now 14 weeks and
growing nicely.
My wife and I, for the last 20 years, had had German Shepherds. The
last one had heart failure and we had to put him down. However,
several people said to purchase a Rotty. Never owning one before I
was a bit skeptical. Never the less we had purchased her from a
family that just wanted to have one litter for health purposes for
their female Rotty and then have her spayed.
Here is the kicker… We did not know this until we went to pick her
up but Molly’s dad is a champion direct German import and most of
her mother’s side is also direct German import. We were just looking
for a good pet with a great disposition. What we got we a beautiful
little girl and her temperament and alertness far exceeds that of
any of my German Shepherds. I am truly convinced that Rotties are
one of the most loyal, loving and alert breeds out there. I am so
happy that we pick the Rottweiler bleed dog!
Our family has been blessed by having her.
Best Regards,

the rotty-tiller loves hanging out at all the local pet beaches..
Banner is a very good swimmer and can hardly wait to get into the
water with her Grandpaw!!
Thanks for having such a great site for all of us who love their
rotten rotties...
