"Money Saving Tips for your
next Vet visit"
In
these times of a poor economy, every little bit helps right?
Here's what we have been doing for years now to help cut down on
the raising costs of Veterinarian Medical expenses...
- Ask your Vet if he or she will
recognize your own personal medical records on each of your
pets. If so, this can be a HUGE money saver for you. This
way your Vet can write and or fax in your prescriptions to
your online Vet supplies wholesaler such as "Jeffers Pet
Supplies", "KV
Vet Supplies"
and pay literally pennies on the dollar!
Here's an example of the savings we've seen;
(1) (Naxcel) Broad Spectrum Antibiotic Injection given
at the Vet's office = $68.00 per injection.
Here's what we pay;
(1) Naxcel - 1 gram Vial = $21.95, 12 pack of 5 ml
syringes = aprox. $12.00. Totaling:
$33.95 and we have more injections in the future as long as
the Naxcel is kept refrigerated, this save even more in the
future.
- Many Vets offer a "Multi-Pet
Discount" rate for patrons who regularly bring all of there
animals (3 or more) in for their Veterinarian needs.
